I hired French's Waterscapes to build a waterfall in my retail store in August 2005. After getting a consultation from the owner (his name escapes me at the moment), I opted to go with his suggested 3-tier waterfall instead of a 1-tiered waterfall. The owner and one of his workers did all the work in just 2 days, producing one of the most gorgeous waterfalls I have ever seen. I got countless compliments from customers on it and had no problems whatsoever through the 6 years I was in business. I have since sold the business and one of the drawing factors was the waterfall which helped me get a premium price. I have since purchased a new home and instead of being smart and hiring French's to do the work, I went with a different company who had a lower price. Needless to say, you get what you paid for and after about 16 months, I realized I paid for a leaky waterfall/pond which created nothing but nightmares. After finding out the company I had hired closed, I bit the bullet and called French's to do the repairs, figuring I'd get a guilt trip for using someone else. Not the case. Again, the owner came out and was so helpful and gave me a surprisingly low price in my opinion in fixing numerous issues which were clearly the results of the cheap design from the company I had initially hired. I have since hired French's Waterscapes to do another job for me and could not be more pleased. To summarize, I think trying to find a good waterscapes contractor is just as hard as finding a great contractor-so many to choose from, and so many lousy ones out there. I will always use French's from here out and give my highest recommendation and score.

What a spectacular experience. Changing your landscape to include a pond/waterfall was something we never considered until seeing work by French Waterscapes. We looked at reviews, then interviewed him, and made a quick decision on the spot. Cash French, the owner of French's Waterscapes is the most knowledgeable professional we had met in the business and, believe me, we interviewed several. The end result created our own private oasis and we recommend him highly to anyone considering a pond/waterscape to enhance their property.

I had a hard time finding someone who was talented and willing to rebuild a poorly built water feature that someone else originally tried to make look good! After days of searching, I came across Cash French who owns French's Waterscape. I tried to articulate to Cash over the phone, the challenge I had with my existing water feature and what I truly wanted it to look like. He immediately understood my needs and scheduled an initial visit to give me a quote and time-line. The price point for the job he quoted was fair, considering the rework necessary for my old water feature. Cash came out within a couple of weeks and completed the WHOLE project within 9 hours - yes, 1 day! I had several quotes from other so-called experts on waterfalls, etc - they all told me an average of 5-10 business days to finish my project, with proportionate costs. Are you kidding? Cash and his side kick completed my project before sunset - not to mention it was raining that day. They muddled through and stayed determined to finish the job. Cash really knows what he is doing, you can tell at the speed and efficiency he works at, with the highest quality of workmanship executed at the end of the project. He really cared about the job and making us happy. The detailed work with the LED lighting, water plants, and flow of the waterfall were all working in perfect harmony! My wife and kids are all happy with the final product. Cash and his team are great to work with and very flexible. I plan on posting pictures of my small, but Zenified backyard :)
