I cannot recommend Bayside Pavers enough for the incredible job they did on my backyard. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every aspect of their service was top-notch. They managed to completely transform my outdoor space in just 5 days, exceeding all my expectations. Alex and his crew were skilled and efficient. They arrived on time every day, worked tirelessly, and ensured that everything was completed within the promised timeframe. Their attention to detail and dedication to their work truly set them apart.

We are planning to re-do the backyard of our new home. The goal is a low maintenance yard with appealing aesthetic but we were unsure how to achieve this. After meeting with a few contractors we were still left uncertain, until we met Kris with Bayside Pavers. I contacted Bayside Pavers because of their excellent work I saw while scrolling through Instagram. Kris was maybe the 4th person we met with for a consultation and the 1st person we truly felt comfortable with guiding us through the endless possibilities. He listened to our ideas and concerns and the way he collaborated with us was as if he was a life-long friend giving us honest personal advice. He was exceptionally patient and helpful as we discussed options to create a backyard design from both a logistical and financial perspective. No pressure at all! He was genuinely invested in helping us understand various options. It’s clear he has a wealth of knowledge and does quality work. We were very appreciative when Kris offered to meet us at Brickyard and the Bayside Pavers showroom at a later date to see samples for ourselves. We took him up on the offer and he spent time with us showing us options he felt aligned with our vision. He helped us select pavers, artificial turf, and the materials for a retaining wall. And as if that wasn’t already excellent customer service, we scheduled time with him on another day to bring the samples to our house to actually see them in our yard. We haven’t started the work yet but we felt the need to recognize Kris’s professionalism and service. He is certainly an asset to Bayside Pavers and we are grateful for the time he has dedicated to us so far. We highly recommend Kris and Bayside Pavers for anyone looking to start a project in need of quality service and guidance.

It was shocking after working with the designer for three and a half months that a half a day before the project was to start a text came out announcing abruptly that the project was not going forward with no explanation. This was shocking as no warning or communication from owner was given that there was any problem at all. The home owner had spent hundreds of hours working with the designer and city to obtain approval for this project which had been achieved less than week before the project was to start. This was handled in an a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This is a misogynist owner who thinks very highly of himself and not his clients. If I could give company a 0 star I would. Buyer beware. There are many reviews online that document a similar experience. The owner is disingenuous in stating that he regrets canceling the project he made no personal contact with the home owner. I would avoid working with him and his company at all cost . Read the other reviews. The owner promptly responded to the google review but never responded to the home owner even one time. The home owner is still waiting ….. and the business owner was not upfront.

Alex and his crew did an excellent job putting in a complety redesigned backyard and were very generous in accommodating a bunch of change requests. I would highly recommend bayside pavers.

Jesus is a great designer who came on site and comminicated closely with me to modify the design for several times, until we finalized the plan. Alex is the project manager who leads a professional team that knows what they are doing, and front pavement job was done to an exceptional standard within 3 days.
